Once you are through with customs, they take you to where your transportation to your resort is. It can get very busy in the airport so having someone to guide you to exactly where you need to go is great. After that they show you to the Club Mobay VIP lounge. The VIP lounge is a cool, relaxed area for you to hang out in while you wait for your transportation to the resort. Here you are able to relax with some premium liquor rum punch and a personal favorite, Jamaican beef patty, while you wait for your transportation. Best part, it’s all included and there are no additional costs! Once your transfer is ready, they let you know and you are off to paradise!
Departure Services
That’s not all they will do. When it’s time to head back home, they also have VIP departure service available as well. The resorts require you to be at the airport 3 hours before your departure time. That can leave a lot of down time. There are dining options in the airport but they are very expensive, especially when traveling with your family. Club Mobay will provide VIP services to make your return trip home more pleasurable. You check in right after you get your boarding pass. You go through security and then you are able to go to the VIP Club Mobay Departure lounge. Here they will hold your luggage for you while you can relax in a nice, cool lounge. There is even an adult only section of the lounge. Club Mobay offers free wifi, TV’s, and lots of places to relax before your journey home. There are also private bathrooms with showers and places to clean up in case you were soaking up all the beach time you could before heading to the airport. Here you also can order some premium drinks and great food options, all are included in the cost. When the time comes, they let you know when your plane is boarding. So all you have to do is pick up your luggage and head straight to your gate.
Club Mobay is a great service and I highly suggest it for any trip you take to Jamaica. You are able to select just the arrival or just the departure. I feel that both options offer amazing benefits that are great add ons for your trip. Space is limited and sells out quick so I highly recommend adding this onto your vacation right when you put down your deposit.
