During Travel Ease’s most recent advisor training trip, we got to experience a Capture Your Moment photo session at EPCOT and Animal Kingdom. We had a blast with our Photo Pass Cast Members, got some great shots, and now have photos to last a lifetime.
Each park has specific areas that are preselected to have your 20-minute Capture You Moment session. These areas are pre-screened to be able to get the most out of your time with your Photo Pass Cast Member. If you have a large party, over 8 people, or feel like you need more than 20 minutes you are welcome to book 2 Capture Your Moment sessions back to back. Advanced reservations are highly recommended, and walk-up spots are very limited. While photos are not included in the price of your personalized photo session, Guests who have Memory Maker, Memory Maker One Day, a qualifying Walt Disney World Annual Pass with a Disney PhotoPass benefit, or a Walt Disney World Annual Pass with the Disney PhotoPass Downloads add-on can download these Capture Your Moment photos at no extra cost!
These sessions are ideal for families or groups celebrating major events such as birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, weddings, graduations, and more. Photo Pass Cast Members welcome personal props for your sessions that will meet the guidelines of items entering Walt Disney World parks. These cast members love to get creative for your photos and know what shots work best for that area of the park. They welcome you to call ahead of time and be in communication before your session to talk about your reason for the session, any shots, or locations that are important to you. These sessions are a very personal time for you and your party to create memories to last a lifetime, the Photo Pass Cast Members are there to help make that happen.
During our sessions, we were asked to arrive about 15 minutes before our scheduled time. We were given the check-in location which will vary based on each park. From there we were assigned a Photo Pass Cast Member that would be taking photos, and a second cast member joined us to help with the session. We brought a few props with us, but during each session, our photographer made suggestions as well. These sessions were so much fun! Our photographers were incredibly knowledgeable about how to get the perfect shots, helped us learn more about these sessions for our clients, and most importantly created memories that we will enjoy looking back on for years to come. We highly recommend these personal photo sessions to commemorate your trip to Disney World!
